After a long, beautiful, passionate yet hard professional journey, I feel truly confident and excited to launch my wine selection in 7p Aperitivo.

 

​Wines that are shaped by my values in everything I do: family, tradition, knowledge from both past and present, and expertise. All these factors together give us a real piece of art which is drinkable and tastes delicious. 

 

Wines are produced from grapes of old vines, some of them from more than 100 years old and are fermented with indigenous yeast, allowing for the purest, natural expression and concentration of wines.

 

7p Aperitivo begins with 7 wines and exceptional cava for those who don’t believe that a cava can not compete with the most prestigious Champagne.

 

While I immersed in the new biodynamic wines, I really believe that these wines are special if they are produced by the right hands in a unique meridian point and terroir surrounded by a definite "philosophy", I hope you enjoy and start the journey of 7p Wines with me through these fantastic Rioja Wine Selection from Rioja Alavesa; a region considered to give the most elegant, fruity yet structure wines from Rioja, and, also, because this region gave to my family many memories. 

 

​At the moment, I am working to establish some collection points in Reading and around of England but until they are not established and due to the significant cost of the deliveries per bottle, the orders will be dispatched according to the following quantity of bottles per order: minimum order 6 bottles/ maximum order 18 bottles. If you wish to purchase another quantity, please contact me, and, if it is possible, I will arrange a special delivery.
