Description
B10 is the wine signature of this winery. It's elaboration is the most special. Grapes are hand-harvested from a single plot planted in 1945. Once grapes arrive at the winery, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and once the alcoholic fermentation has finished, the malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels, where it remains between approximately 6 and 9 months, depending on the winemaker's criteria, since it is intended to preserve the identity of the plot, so not all vintages are the same.
It is a powerful, full-bodied and aromatically complex wine due to the mixture of varieties present on the plot with a subtle touch of wood, but fruity aromas predominate.
