Tasting Note
- Appearance: Clear, pale intensity with a beautiful bright purple colour. Good tears.
- Nose: Very pleasant initial sensation with fine, light aromas and secondary aromas redolent of ageing in the bottle with hints of fruits and floral shades.
- Palate: Clean, medium intensity with intense tannins and a floral aroma that develops to ripened grapes. When wine evolves: natural sweet and fruity aromas like blackberries, sweets and lollipops.
- Finish: Dry, medium acidity, smooth and joyful. Good palate, light body and natural sparkle well integrated that results from the carbonic maceration methode. Delicious fresh fruit flavours.
